Grand Prix Car Metal Construction Set
Grand Prix Motor Racing began as early as 1894 in France where drivers completed in road races from one town to the next as endurance tests for car and driver. Moving onto circuits in 1906 Le Mans was the first to host this formula of racing and this developed to other tracks around the world including Brocklands in Weybridge, Surrey in 1907 the world's first purpose built "banked" race track. We have created a model of a modern grand prix racing car based on the designs that graced the track from 1970's & 80's.
